Customer update:
The game is currently unplayable — that is the clear consensus across the community.
The other major concern is the lack of normal, professional communication. Nothing has been addressed or fixed since the initial reports, and I am far from the only person raising these issues. Recently, I even received a “500 posts read” badge, yet I can honestly say I have seen virtually no meaningful or positive updates in that time.
This space increasingly reflects a broader issue: the inability to engage with customers in a clear, consistent, and professional manner. Feedback is being shared at scale, yet responses remain limited, generic, or absent.
This is also reflected beyond this forum. Reviews on widely used platforms consistently highlight similar concerns around customer support — including lack of continuity, scripted responses, and difficulty obtaining real updates. This is not an isolated experience.
At this stage, it is genuinely difficult not to feel second-hand embarrassment at how customer communication is being handled.
Can you please provide the community with a clear update on the issues that have been raised? At the very least, transparency and acknowledgement would be a fair and reasonable expectation.
