Dear EA Sports,
The game remains unplayable, and EA Help has not provided any meaningful resolution.
The support process feels obstructive and highly repetitive, with the same questions being asked without progress or continuity. This creates unnecessary barriers for consumers attempting to resolve legitimate issues.
There are also concerns around obstructive support practices under the 2024 Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act. Processes that create unnecessary hurdles or effectively exhaust consumers without providing resolution may be considered unfair.
In addition, the accuracy and clarity of information being provided is concerning. In some cases, responses appear inconsistent or misleading, particularly in relation to topics such as account restrictions or “soft bans,” which are not clearly outlined in the EA Customer Agreement.
This lack of transparency makes it difficult for users to understand their position or seek appropriate resolution.
At this stage, the situation is extremely frustrating. Players are not asking for special treatment — only for accurate information, clear communication, and a functional product.
Please address the gameplay issues and ensure that customer support processes are transparent, consistent, and fully aligned with consumer expectations, consumer rights, and the EA Customer Agreement.
