The gameplay is completely unplayable right now. My players are slow, unresponsive, and the AI feels completely switched off.
In the last 5 matches, every opponent had a massive advantage in pace, strength, positioning, and AI movement. Their AI was doing everything for them while mine refused to defend, track runs, press, or even make attacking movements every player in my team just stands still in defence and in attack). I could barely get near their players, despite having the stronger team every single match.
What makes this even stranger is that earlier today the gameplay was actually fine — not perfect, but at least playable. Then suddenly everything changed. Now I cannot win the ball back, my players stand miles apart from each other, completely out of position, and passing becomes impossible even with short passing tactics enabled.
And before anyone says “connection issue” — no.
I have a stable connection, no lag, no packet loss, no stuttering, no glitches, and a constant 10ms ping displayed on screen the entire time.
This feels like the gameplay itself fundamentally changed mid-session. My players suddenly became extremely heavy and delayed, completely switched off, while the opponents move like they are on a completely different version of the game.
What is actually going on, EA Sports? How do you play the game that is this broken?
