Transfer market web app locked!

I have played sooo many games now for days and days but yet my transfer market is still locked on the web app and companion app. I have completed all the objectives they have asked to unlock the transfer market.. Its unlocked in game but yet the web app its still locked?! I have waited 48hrs after completion, I have played loads and loads of games.. its been nearly 2 weeks now!! ea NEED TO FIX THIS! anyone else suffering from this too?! got any advice?! I have spoke to an agent and all they said was play for another 7 days.. which would make it 3 weeks! as they cant access it because its generated by a server?! what a load ...... someone please help before i give up playing this game!
