I check and do everything (call My internet service brand for fix re net recomputer update software repairgame do all . but not better. because The root cause of the problem is...EA server is unvilable and broken
I have the exact same problem. I ran the quality report and everything was very good in the green. I even switched my internet connection to LAN, but the issue still happens. It only throws me out of ultimate, any other game or stream works fine.
how can you resolve this?

Hello. It sounds like you were on a wireless connection previously, but have now switched to a wire. Make sure you power cycle your modem/router and the device you play on. If that doesn't help, run the Connection Quality Report again and get me a screenshot of it. Thanks!
I play on ps5, the problem also happened before when I was using WiFi.
