Bugged Evo FC 26 ‼️

please EA team I beg someone to help me, I have had a server locked expired evo stuck in my rewards and it’s stopping me from opening packs. This bug evo cannot be claimed or applied by me on any platform, it needs to be cleared from your end. 
thus has gone one for four weeks already I have 87 packs that I can’t open because of this.
its hindering my gameplay and it’s also a financial case now as I’ve paid for services that are held from me for more than a month just because nobody is willing to remove this bug from my account after weeks of begging.
