EA FC 26 CRASHES ONLY ON MY ACCOUNT

For approximately three days, I have been unable to play the game.

After the AntiCheat loads, the game opens in windowed mode, the screen turns completely black, and then the game simply crashes without showing any error message.

I already formatted my computer, installed different video drivers, and tried several troubleshooting steps, but nothing solved the issue.

Yesterday, I asked two friends to try logging into my account on their computers, and they experienced the exact same problem. This makes me think the issue may be related to my EA account, cloud data, or some account configuration error.

I’m not sure what is causing this, and even EA Chat Support was unable to help me resolve it.

Has anyone experienced something similar or found a solution?
