EA FC26 - FPS Drops, Controller Delay, and Promo Card Display Bug

Hello EA Support,
I would like to report several issues I’ve been experiencing in EA FC 26:

1. FPS Drops / Stuttering
– The game frequently drops FPS randomly during matches.
– I’ve already restarted, updated, and checked my device, but the issue still continues.

2. Controller Input Delay
– There is a noticeable delay (around 0.3–3 second) when using the controller.
– Not sure if it’s from the game, server, or connection, but the delay happens very often.

3. Promo Card Not Showing (“Not Found”)
– Some promo cards, especially Festival of Football: Captains, and new promo card do not show the correct card design.
– The card appears blank or missing graphics.

4. FC Club 11v11 Delay
The 11v11 FC Club mode is almost unplayable due to extreme controller delay. I am unsure if this is a server issue, connection issue, or related to my device specifications (NVIDIA GTX 1650).
