EA servers are unable to process your request at the current moment”

I had this issue since the launch of gauntlet cup 2 live event, after i win matches just when it is about to be registered i receive this error and ea kicks me out of ultimate team entirely. This is very frustrating i have missed so many free players and objectives rewards. I have been in contact with EA advisors over the past 2 months they have promised a compensation for sure but now they tell me to post this and that you guys are my only help and last resort. So please help me with that as i am very disappointed and frustrated and it is not fair that some people gets free cards and packs and i miss this all mean while that i also won all of my matches and they are a lot. I deserve better than that and i feel very behind all people now no matter what i doin game. PS. I have attached the error screenshot.
