Hi EA,
Since today, my digital copy of EA SPORTS FC 26 on PlayStation 5 freezes on the EA SPORTS FC 26 logo every time I launch the game.
The game does not reach the main menu and stays stuck on the loading screen indefinitely.
I have already restarted my PS5 and the issue still persists.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is EA aware of it or is there a fix?

I did that on my xbox one and still the same. Super slow to load and everytime I boot the game its a gamble if it will load. When it does it asks me to accept the licence agreement again and pick my favourite team. Been like this for weeks now. Game save data and custom players are not effected

The original hard drive, I don’t have an external hard drive. I did it for the 6th time yesterday. I turned my Xbox One on this morning and it still gets stuck at the blue/green screen.

Yes 4 times….i have uninstalled, deleted and reinstalled. The game will fully launch after reinstalling, but when I turn my Xbox off and try to play later or the next day….the game fails to launch and gets stuck on blue/green screen

Is the game installed on an external hard drive or the internal one?
Have you tried deleting and reinstalling?
