Fc 26 game crashing mid game

So I was playing fc 26 today , the silver tournament, i had some matches left and ea loughed me out of my account and counted as a loss 

All in all , I lost around 7 matches and now I cant get the promo player pick and the 86*4 

So I want this to get fixed or else , as I said to my friends , I will unistall the game 

I hope you can fix that
