I think my cpu cannot handle the game

Your CPU looks ok but there are a few recommended troubleshooting steps:
- Reinstall or update your GPU video drivers.
- Disable overlays: Discord, NVIDIA and Xbox Game Bar
- Repair your System Files - press the Windows key, type "cmd", and select "Run as administrator" from the search results, or press Ctrl+Shift+Enter. Run these commands at the CMD prompt - sfc /scannow AND
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth - Download and install any available Windows Updates.
