Frequent disconnects and lack of communication after updates

I’ve been experiencing frequent disconnects and unfinished matches recently, and it’s becoming very frustrating. It feels like every new update fixes one issue but causes another. As a large company with significant resources, I really hope you can address these problems more effectively.

At the very least, please communicate with your players — even a short apology or explanation would make a big difference. The silence from your side is disappointing, especially for those of us who pay to enjoy the game.

Also, I would appreciate it if you could review my account and compensate for the lost match progress or rewards caused by these disconnections. It’s only fair given the ongoing issues.
