Game freezes and default controller cannot be changed

I purchased and installed the game through the EA App on the 23rd, played it for about two hours, then quit.

However, when I tried to play it again today, it froze. I forced a reboot and tried again. Then, a notification appeared on the game login screen saying the file was corrupted. I deleted the game and restarted it, but only the keyboard and mouse were detected as controllers.

However, the game kept freezing. I tried updating, deleting, and reinstalling the game multiple times to resolve this issue, but it's still freezing.

Even when I disable the mouse and launch the game with only the keyboard, it still recognizes only the keyboard and mouse, and nothing changes.

I need a quick solution to this issue.

Or, I'd appreciate a quick fix via a patch.

Intel i5-13400F / RTX 3060TI / 500GB SSD / Samsung DDR4-3200 8GB x2

Mouse: Pro X Superlight 2
