Game Lag. Help!!

The game has been unplayable for the last 4–5 days. There’s no lag or stuttering in offline mode, but in online mode I keep experiencing freezes. My player reacts 5 seconds late. I’m getting 38–40 ms ping, but the game is still unplayable. I don’t have this problem in Rush mode.

Hey Ekaradayi05 if only in online then it is likely connection based so the best thing to do is take a look at this help article: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/technical-issues/problems-connecting-online/

It's not connection. I get 38 ping but the players react 5 seconds later. There used to be the same issue in offline mode and I fixed that. For example, there's no problem in Rush, but Rivals and Live Events are problematic."
