Heavy input delay sluggish gameplay

So alot of big YouTubers talking about this issue the gameplay became unplayable while I controlling my players in defense and attacking it feels like they are weight is 300kg and they are running in the deep sands all this happening with 0 ping plus getting kicked off many online games I do have a stabili wired connection
