Info Live chat about screen loading and servers

Hi, 

i have opened 2 discussions about my problem but nothing. No help from nobody.

So I want contact a live chat with Ea advisor, What can I do? 
On the site the page give me only self help.

My problem is about infinite screen loading and problem about connection’s server.

my connection is Great so i don’t know What the problem is.

1 hour for an evo, sbc, squad Battle everyday and everywhere!!! This is no game.
