Lagging and Can’t Submit a Case

Hi yall

So I created a separate post explains the lagging issue I started having recently and haven’t reached any resolution.

I try to submit a case explaining this also with a Dxdiag report and I hit submit. Once I hit submit it says its submitted but I can’t see it in My Cases so I’m assuming its not being submitted. If this is true i don’t know how I’m supposed to get a resolution.

I don’t see a live chat box where others say they have that option and some don’t.

Would really like to get some answers

Windows 11 fixed my issue. Not sure how but i am no longer lagging and can play.

Hey did you also have this random fps drops mid game? After a scene in-game like a corner or stuff like that or just randomly and that it goes smoothly??

Yes on corners it would lag badly even if I wasn’t lagging before. I wish I had more answers for you guys…

Can you upload the new Dxdiag report that solved the problem?

Yes I upload a new Dxdiag report when I get home
Windows 11 forced fresh versions of your chipset, network, and GPU drivers. If your old ones were corrupted or mismatched, that would’ve caused low-level lag — not high CPU or GPU usage, just inconsistent timing. The reinstall replaced them cleanly.
This is from ChatGPT that was walking me through ways to try to fix it. I wonder if y’all can uninstall your windows 10 or 11 and reinstall and see if that fixes it?

nah my prob is that gpu usage goes to 100 percent while its still at a very safe temp around 60-70 but fps is capped under 5
