lunching
when i click on play in ea app the is not launching it is go back to ea app and give me a problem with message ( failed to launch )

Could you also test it on a new Windows admin account?
i have same problem i try everthing and nothing

Hey there. Have you already tried to uninstall and reinstall the EA app? Here are some other EA app steps that could help you:
- Close overlays, VPNs, RGB/OC tools
- Clear the cache: Menu → Help → App Recovery → Clear cache. Run the EA app as administrator (right-click → Run as administrator).
- Repair game files: In your Library, click ⋯ on the game → Repair.
- Check EA Background Service and make sure it’s enabled and running in Windows Services.
