I am not sure 100% but this could be related Jio’s recent firmware update. Check your router’s admin page and see if it shows a software as R2.58.3. I have tried to check and this kind thing of seems buggy. And their CGNAT was always an issue. Maybe after this update it reached a breaking point.
CGNAT was “tolerable” before because older firmware handled port leasing better—now it’s choking EA’s constant UT data pulls (squads/market/SBCs).
Either way, this is on both EA and Jio. Not sure how long this will take to resolve. I have filed a complaint over email with full details and also Cc their state Nodal Officer. They asked me bunch of information related to EA FC26.
I would also suggest you guys to send a complaint to Nodal Officer. They are legally obliged to give resolution within 3 days as per TRAI regulations otherwise it can be escalated further.
I will see if this get it fixed and I have very less confidence in both Jio and EA that anything will be done soon. It could take weeks or months, so I might just switch Internet Provider to be on safeside for future, but I will send you guys update if they provide any resolution for my complaint in the meantime.
