Played against hackers and stopped getting deserved rewards

So, yesterday I go to school, study, be happy - then i go home. I turn on my laptop and put FC 26 on, after that I get in Ultimate Team, so when I get in the first match - I WIN (It was CHAMPIONS) then I play one from the last matches I dont remember maybe second last. I PLAY A HACKER? HOW, WHY. 
Okay I lose he scores 3 goals and locks all my players, my game crashes, i get back online and guess? Omg it counts as a loss, then I get 7 Wins and 8 Losses (I couldve won and get 8 wins but who knows?) Okay so today was not an ea fc day to play.

Today same happens - how and when am i going to stop playing against hackers and stop getting my DESERVED rewards.

I ask you simply to give me my awards or shut the servers. Or maybe you guys can upload a better anti-cheat program WHICHd detects where and when hackers play so we couldnt get matched with a hacker and loose all our rewards (And after that they have 90+ team and me 88 at best).

Ill be waiting for an answer!
