Rivals not working(freeze+ players dont react) on pc

Hello, I bought the early access on PC and since September, I still haven't been able to play online on Rivals . As soon as I start a match in Rivals, the game lags, and when I press, for example, "X" with my PS4 controller, there's a 10-20 second delay every time. It's so unplayable that I've even stopped trying to play the game since. I've also checked my internet connection, my entire PC, as well as the game settings, and everything is fine, but as I just said, as soon as I play a match on Rivals, the game becomes slow and I can no longer control my players. I also tried to redownload the game and this isn't working as well. I can't believe that since September you didn't fixed that problem because I'm not the only one who has this kind of problems and we are now January and I habe the game since September that's not normal. I play the game since 2008 and I got my first problems since eafc25 but last year it was just for 2weeks but now in eafc26 that's too much.

Please can you resolve this problem or what can I do to resolve this? Thank you in advance.
