Screen freeze and/or PC crash

Can someone please explain to me how 100+euros game cannot even be started let alone be played....and the company is not some indie developer but EA.....payed ultimate edition but the problems are even worse then those on 25 which made game unplayable for a lot of PC users... How can we get the game which we payed for handsomely EA?

If this $***how doesn't start today I suggest we massively request refunds so let's see how many are left and are spending money on this disaster...

If anyone has working solution please let me know cause my PC specs are running every game on ultra and similar max specs except this piece of $*** which I can't even play without stutters lags freezes or some other stupid thing even on low graphics settings....
