Stuck on Ultimate Teams Promo screen can’t load into game. PS5 Fc26

I’ve had this issue for about two days now and it’s upsetting because since a lot of evos are time sensitive being stuck out of loading into the game ruins a lot of the experience and makes me miss out on something I was waiting/grinding for. I tried submitting a ticket but the chat bot was impossible to get through so I hope posting it here will get it fixed faster! 
Also I tried clubs too and it loaded but once I tried finding a match it would refuse to look for teammates to so I have to completely play a different game now because of this!
