Transferring Points Policy:

Dear EA,
Before I begin, I want to highlight a policy EA has: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-sports-fc/transfer-and-convert-fc-points/

This states: "If you have outstanding FC Points in EA SPORTS FC™ 25, you can transfer them to EA SPORTS FC™ 26." With no mention whatsoever of the one-time transaction for transferring.

I accidentally bought $150 of FC25 credits on Amazon yesterday, a simple mistake when it's the first post to show up when searching for FC Credits, and I immediately just wanted to swap this. I thought working with customer support wouldn't be hard, as I am supporting the game, and they said nope, we literally cannot do anything. I am confused because the policy I am reading gives me reason to know I can do this more than once.  I don't understand. I really just need a one time manager to help me before I begin disputing this with my bank, amazon, and this whole process. I hope somebody sees the irrationality here. 

I hope any manager sees this. Customer support told me to reach out to this forum. I am writing a post because I feel the one-time transfer of credits is unfair. I feel that
