Hello. When do you get the message about not being able to connect? Is it only happening when you're in the menus for Ultimate Team?
Not only in the menus but in every online game mode, i even get it in in middle of games or in clubs the game keeps disconnecting me
I can access the ultimate team for like a minute or two sometimes 10min then i get this message. I repaired the game three times, repaired the anticheat and update it, i reinstalled the game. reinstalled the ea game launcher still same issue
(5 days now can't access the multiplayer mode or even do SBC)

this is all the games i've played I tried both rivals and rush and i get kicked out

Thanks! You're getting a fair amount of packet loss. This would be coming from your equipment or ISP. It would be good to go through all of the connection troubleshooting steps here. Also, I'd recommend contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues with your connection.
Have you checked your ethernet cable for any damage?
