Unconsistency Team Chemistry in Fc 26 Ultimate Team

I just realized some time ago when I wanted to play fof gauntlet 3 there were some oddities in my team management, the first of course is the inconsistent team chemistry sometimes 33 sometimes around 28 and 29 depending on if I reload the game, whereas previously the team chemistry was always at 33 with a composition like this (as in the picture), the second of course is that some of the team compositions that I have made in their squad selector disappeared, and left only 2 drafts, how could that happen? is it a bug? Just want to know what happen, and if so the support can help me, I am thanks a lot.
