Unstoppable Crashes

So my Game keeps Crashing, whatever i do.. I know pretty well how to fix these things so this is what i have tried so far: I activated Memory Integrity I Reinstalled ea fc 26 (and the launcher & ...

    I  fixed it for me, try this: Nvidia control panel in 3d settings change power management from maximum performance to OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE, also change your Low Latency Settings from On+Boost to On, this can cause crashes with Anticheat withour showing an errormessage because it doesnt know what exactly crashed it, now i will copy my answers from before which also help cause your crashes, but the one above was what fixed mine, after everything on my list before didnt work.

    activated Memory Integrity
    cap FPS (not Hz) at nvidia controlpanel 3d settings to 90 (not 144)
    add fc26 to your exceptions for your antivirus program or the windows defender if you dont have no other antivirus

    If you have AMD, copy paste this into chatgpt and ask him how to do the same with an amd card

I have the same problem. Everything is fine in the main menu, nothing crashes. But when I launch a match (in my case, I launched a quick match) or Moments, it crashes after two minutes without explanation. Sometimes, only the EA Desktop would show "No connection," and even then only briefly (even though the connection was fine).
