When I enter FC 26, it kicks me out of the game.

When I enter FC 26, it kicks me out of the game. Sometimes it kicks me out after a while. I repair it, and it kicks me out again. The last time I repaired it, my profile and career were gone, and everything was reset. I regret buying it so much. No one is helping. The same thing happens in FC 23 and FC 25.

NOTE: There's no problem with my connection. The EA app or the games are the problem.
