why isnt game share working?

why isn’t my game share working? I watch a lot of YouTube videos. I did all the steps. I am enable to console sharing. I disabled that I did everything that it said and it’s still when I go to my account and when I log into when I join the game, it says the upgrade like section in the bottom and it only will let me play clubs and kickoffs. Can you please help me out guys and I’m game for my friends console . and I’m doing every step that YouTube video say I’m restoring the license as I’m logging into my account. I’m not touching anything and it’s still a new. I did that actually in multiple accounts just mine and another spare account that I have and it still says upgrade and won’t let me access ultimate team can you guys please help me out?
