I bought a player and its not letting me claim it

Hey Altiestap​ that's not something that we see pop up often. Know it's frustrating, but the good news is that we are here to help.

With which item is the issue, and what is happening when you try to claim them?

Are you seeing an error message of any kind and if so, can you grab me a screenshot of it?

Also worth going ahead and exiting out of the game fully and then logging back in to see if it makes a difference.
