Mass False Bans for “Balance Transfer” on PC

Wed, Jan 7, 11:24 PM. Since then, for two consecutive nights, I've received two identical warnings, both in my email and on the web app, saying I violated their rules by distributing/buying coins. This isn't true, otherwise I wouldn't be here fighting this battle with you. I simply flipped cards like any normal trader does in this game. I've tried and tried to get them to see reason, but the automatic bot responds, confirming the account ban, stating that everything is in order for them. It's not possible to speak to a human, but you constantly talk to AI bots, and no one gives you any concrete help to resolve the problem. I also spent 48,000 FIFA points, but they took the money there, and I didn't violate any rules by taking my money. We should all abandon the game and never give them another cent!
