Missing icon pack and points

I pre-ordered FIFA 26, but I only received 2,000 credit points instead of the 6,000 that should have been included. Also, I didn’t receive the Icon player pack.
Many people seem to have the same issue. Has anyone managed to fix it?

I have not gotten it either.  Are we able to sue them?

It’s Saturday 9.20.25 i preordered FC26 Ultimate edition and the game has been out for an entire day. I still only have FC points and  no Icon Packs at all. Is anybody else still experiencing this on PS5? I’ve closed the game out and reset the console multiple times. 

I got nothing at all till now, no points, no icon and no season pass. Don't get it. But there is a message today to restart game, but did not help :(

Same, ive got nothing. Had 2k points but thats it..nothing else. Didnt get my returning player packs. Got the founders stuff with the kits and tiffs but none of the player packs or anything 

I haven't received the icon, the season pass theme appears but the icon still doesn't appear.

All of my friends got their icon pack except me. If you’re EA people want to ruin my mood you have succeeded. I demand a refund on the game unless you want me to sue you.
