If you stopped playing the game today the game will be the same, im not saying keep playing the game im saying stop playing and you still have a voice to complain that you have lied to and robbed by ea and feel a full refund is the only way to amend this mess of a game 

The solution is to stop playing the game or buying the game. That's the only way EA will take notice, but not enough will as its the only real option to replicate football at home and people are kept here cos many having invested money into their teams. Unless digital content laws force them to fix ongoing issues nothing will change. You need to target the consumer laws if you want anything to change.

I completely agree with you, matchmaking is terrible, and it feels like every online match is just a frustrating grind. I don’t even play to win anymore I just slog through online games to finish objectives, and that’s not fun at all. Full refunds make sense at this point, and honestly, this will be my last FC purchase too.

Martin Luther king didnt stop protesting because white people wouldn't listen, I know you believe its a waste of time but in my opinion the more you voice your opinion the more you'd be heard compared to the fan base who are quietly raging in there rooms braking tvs and pads.

Ea straight up falsely advertised this game they showed the fan base false gameplay to amp up sales in this game because of the failure of eafc25 without the false advertising sales would've been massively under what they are 

Lastly because you are in the same boat do you think I should just settle and accept the abuse of a crappy game, do you say to domestic violence victim dont worry somebody else is probably getting it worst than you just hang in there 

Wasting your time mate. EA do not care about anything other than making money from people. Unless they are significantly financially harmed by lack of sales and coin selling they are never going to change, unless a genuine competitor comes out. 

Consumer laws for digital content aren't up to scratch, so EA can get away with releasing the game and not fixing everything. Any other product and the company would have to fix issue's.

Since the start I have had to redo my game setting for the controller every single load of the game. I still can't play many of the skill games if i wanted to as i can't move players in some of the games.
