Arestiel I found one EA account with that EA ID, it has a Steam account but I don't see the Steam name so not sure if it is the correct one. I went through the cases, entitlements, and billing.
The only EA account I can see has no MEA linked to it. I see the other ME titles, but not Andromeda.
Can I get your Steam name you use to see if I can locate a different account?
I also saw EA Play but that is linked to the EA app. If you had it through Steam, I really would not see that and since the games were purchased in Steam, I would see your EA account trying to access the servers, but there isn't a single log reflecting that MEA tried to on this account.
My Steam account was created with the name "thegamingguide" but its current display name is "Alyx", I hope this helps.
The game not being registered to my account is precisely the issue. I can assure you I bought it, I still have the billing information from Steam and the confirmation from Steam Support that on their end the game is registered properly.

Arestiel Thanks, so i searched for that name too. There are two EA accounts that pull up. Both Steam names you provided are linked to a separate EA account. Neither show that either account has attempted to log into the game.
If you have the game installed through Steam, can you log into the EA app? When you go to Andromeda, it should say something about it being in Steam? If a purchase was made in Steam, we have no control over that one.
When you do launch Andromeda, and you are connected to the correct EA account, A, it would show in the EA app, B. I would see a log of your account trying to reach the servers.

Yes it shows exactly that. See attached the game, in my account as is visible in the top right of the image, accessed through Steam (there is also the last played date clearly shown, no idea why that doesn't show up in your logs). See also attached steam support confirming the error is not on their end. I can confirm to you that I do not have any alternative EA accounts either.

Arestiel Thanks for the screenshots. I was able to finally get data to show but running into a hiccup with what needs to be resolved on my end. Once i get it updated, I will update the thread and let you know.
