I haven't been able to play for 2 weeks, and this getting a little ridiculous!!!! I think a partial refund is in order for sure, and this is the worst launch in the history of gaming. Either fix the issues like you said you were going to, or give me a refund. I am tired of waiting to play a game I paid $135 for!!!!!
Hard reset of PS5 not helped. Now online modes not working. online versus, hut online modes, nothing.

Every world of chel game wether it's on a club or drop in lets me load in and drops the game before it starts. A notification pops up saying game configuration please try again. It's been happening for 2 weeks now! Will even kick me and error in HUT too. I talked to EA support and they said it's a known issue for a lot of players and a team is looking into it. My leaderboards on world of chel only show EA Player, and not their gamertags. When you pay $135 cnd for a game, I think the expectation is to be able to play the game and not just listen to the soundtrack, and sit in menu for 2 weeks straight seeing other players and friends getting to play. Sorry but it's frustrating.

Hi EA_Aljo can you at least tell us or please find out what a game configuration error means? Error has carried over since 22. It's not happening in the menus, it's happening during online games and basically kicks us out to the main menu so that's a critical issue to online playing users as the game is not playable.
