Re: Problem when getting gems from ads

I have Android  8.0.0. Model of Samsung Galaxy A7 is: SM-A750FM.

Yes, I have ad available but when it is finished and I close the ad, I always get error "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later." and I do not get any gems.

So far I tried on WiFi and mobile network, to be sure if connection is stable but it happens every time.

@EA_Atic- I also am NOT seeing the Free Gems option since getting updated to v. 1.32.11. I also have not gotten an option to watch an add if I lose a Daily Challenge. I had cleared my cache and reset my Ad ID.

I am on a Huawei Nexus 6P, running Android v. 7.1.2 .

My players ID is 1002732885849.

Grrr... This is frustrating. :/

Can you try to restart the phone to see if that helps. 🙂

@EA_AticI've shut down the phone twice, as well as reboot it countless times, also rebooting with resetting the ad ID, and clearing the phone cache.

Still the same result... Ix-nay ad-way. *Sigh*

Restarting did not help.

Restarting my device did not help. I also tried on my wi-fi, on my data network, and on a different wi-fi signal in another part of town.

Please help.  I grind this game every day, will they compensate me for the 200 gems I have missed?

@EA_Atici am also having the same problem I have watched the same ad over and over again without getting anything. It has been 3 days now where I am unable to get gems. My system is a Huawei P Smart but I don't think that's the problem because a friend of mine has the same problem and he has a Samsung galaxy A5. 

@EA_Aticis there currently any fix, the bug is really annoying since its my mains source of my gems. 

I haven't been able to get gems in the last 3 days.   I have reset my advertising ID and maybe can get 1 ad to give me gems but otherwise I get OOPS something went wrong.   This is really getting annoying to say the least.   It looks like I got gems on the little 5 sec videos.  But the 30 sec videos always give me OOPS message.  I have reset my ID about 15 times today but only got about 10 gems which is 2 ads.   Please FIX this.

Phone - Asus Zenfone 4 Max, Android 8.1

Please fix this or provide me the gems I missed in the last 3 days which would be 300 at least.

I don't know if devs chage anything but for me it is better now. About 85% ads working. I'm almost happy 🙂

Crustaceanlish As far as I remember it just "fixed itself" after a few days.

I have the same issue. I can watch the ads but no gems, just that error message. I play on my iPad.
