Support said it appears the bank declined the payment, so my guess is the monthly coins were added as normal but payment failed. happens sometimes

you will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

you should be all sorted now , if you have an active subscription in steam , best to cancel it to ensure that one doesn't fail again , it can be repurchased after the current gametime is ended
Bought a subscription through Steam last night for Swtor account IRNurgle under my Steam account ch30s. And still nothing yet this morning. Still acting as preferred. No response from support. Don't know what to do.

Support said the gametime was added , so that is great to hear
Having the same issue, Purchased the sub via Steam last night. Sent the email per the recommended directives above, currently awaiting reply.

I have the same problem, bought 60 days on the website few hours age and it says 'You have 59 days of subscription play time remaining' but not in-game, my EA account is PNCJ, my SWTOR account is HighAsFck and my Steam account is matthijs. Can you please manually activate my subscription please?
