Until people stop spending then they wont fix anything that doesn't directly benefit them. Notice how when there is a bug or glitch that helps the players it is literally fixed in hours but issues for YEARS are still not fixed

Without money the game wouldnt exist. Money spent by other players benefits those who dont pay or who spend less.
