[UPDATED]Rework Idea: General Grievous

General Grievous is definetly one of my most favourite characters in the Star Wars universe and I'm proud to have him in my Inventory here (finally 7*) but it breaks my heart to see that he is not really worth all this grind (he costs 4950 Shards in total). He also takes 150 days to farm if you get 33 Shards/Day into he Shard Shop (15 from GW, 10 from Arena, 5 from Cantina and 3 from Hard Battles).
So I've come up with some ideas to rework him and I really hope someone at CG sees this post.
Raw Stats:
Grievous is very poor when it comes to speed, which is actually confusing considering he is one of the fastest fighters in the SW universe. "Obi-Wan-Kenobi was at one point deflecting up to 20(!) strikes in one moment from General Grievous." - From the Revenge of the Sith novelization.
The average speed in this game is 122 and Grievous sits at 109, which makes him one of the slowest characters in this game. My advice is to give him at least +15 more base speed to keep up with this speed-meta.
Next thing is Potency. The average potency in the game is 28% and Grievous is at 21% which is really bad considering this stat is very important for him to get the most out of his "Grievous wounds" and "Sinister Laugh". Again I would recommend to move it up by roughly 10%.
Moving on to his Kit:
Furious Assault: Inflicts Defense down 2 Turns.
Grievous Wounds: Can't be evaded or countered. Inflicts Offense down and 2-3 DoT effects for 2 Turns instead of Healing immunity.
Sinister Laugh: Inflicts Speed down for 2 Turns instead of Health Down. Also calls one random ally to assist.
Daunting Presence: Scrap that
Supreme Commander of the Droid Army (Leader): All ally Droids gain +25% Critical Chance. Whenever a Droid ally lands a critical hit, they steal 50% of the targets current turn meter and gain Offense Up for 1 Turn. Otherwise they call a random Droid ally to assist and gain Advantage.
Tactical Retreat: The only change I would make here is that instead of a random ally that will taunt for him, Grievous will make the one ally that has the highest health on the team taunt in the moment Grievous falls below 50% HP.
In conclusion, my goal here is to make him a viable character and make it rewarding for people who went through this long journey to get him up to 7*.
