conquest Morgan Elsbeth armour shed

In conquest been doing feats and noticed the armour shred on Morgan's special 2 Let None Pass the armour shred granted at level 7 is not counting towards the feat Baskar Breaker - Attempt to inflict armour shred 30 times. 

I have done a few fights with the great mothers team where Morgan is in the team and got armour shred and yet when checking the counter this did not show.
