I still haven’t received the Raddus LSB. I was an idiot and thought maybe the issue was fixed and got the Ashoka LSB, but of course I didn’t receive anything, which again is the fault of my naivety in thinking EA or CG actually cares about fixing major bugs like this.
In-game support is completely useless and doesn’t try to do anything to help and just closes the chats instantly without any resolution.
I keep considering in going ahead with a credit card charge dispute, but then if my account is banned for that reason, every cent I’ve spent in this game for the last few years will mean even less than they already do. Come on CG/EA can you guys please address publicly (newsletter or general forum discussion) that you’re trying to investigate and fix this issue?
