It's related to Google Play Services.

I deleted the data thinking my account is saved and linked to google play and stopped playing for months, wanted to play again recently thinking cause i have not played in a very long time my account was deleted when they switched to an EA account. So I found myself here lol, the so called "Fix" only works for some not all. So if you haven't logged into the account in awhile it will not import anyone who see's this msg don't waste your time
