(missing rewards) Bought Lightspeed Bundles for myself

Summarize your bug my first purchase wa (27 feb) s: shadows of the empire (lightspeed bundle) - the purchase was successful, immediately after that I went to purchase: finalaizer - something went wrong here, several notifications quickly disappeared. finalaizer disappeared from the store ( a few hours later it became available again). After checking my bank account, I saw a credit card transaction for $36. On March 1st I decided to buy raddus bundle, the money was also debited from my bank account but I did not receive it. Communication with support did not yield any results, since the support employee changes every day. In the support chat I attached a photo of the debit from my bank account, a letter from Apple with a receipt and a screenshot of the purchase in the app store. I want my purchases to be sent to me, what should I do in this situation?
