Build mode and build mode items:

• Spiral staircases.
• Elevators.
• Scifi teleportation pads.
• Pull down attic stairs that can be pulled down from the ceiling and either left in a pulled down position or left up attached to ceiling for saving space.
• Garage doors that can be opened remotely and have the option to be left open so they can also function like the doorless door arches.
• Custom roof tool similar to the custom room tool for making custom roof shapes. It's really annoying when I know exactly what I want the roof to look like, but it feels like I'm trying to solve a rubik's cube puzzle to get it to look the way I want because of the limited preset roof shapes. 
• Pull out couches. Tiny living adds murphy beds but what I really want is regular couches that can be pulled out into temporary beds for guests to sleep in when staying over for the night.
• Glass see through floors that can be walked on. Like the idea with the newer glass see through walls but for floors that can be walked on. This would also be nice for making custom skylight styled windows for roofless buildings.

Occults:

• Genies.
• Mummies.
• Zombies.

Worlds:

• More survival vacation styled pack worlds like Selvadorada but of different places. Also, the option to live permanently at them as well as add the option for Selvadorada.
• Medieval styled world and pack.
• Futuristic styled world and pack.

Cas:

• Give a paint mode option for servo sims so it's like giving them a custom paint job like to a car or using graffiti.
