Build mode:
- Easier way to place pillars on the outside corners of rooms on the second floor and higher for controllers and keyboard and mouse controls.
I am on xbox console, and I have played with a controller and keyboard and mouse, and I have the same issue where it's impossible to place pillars on some corners of the outside of rooms on the second floor and higher without it turning into a rubix cube puzzle. I end up having to do things in a very specific order, deleting parts of a wall temporarily with the sledgehammer tool to place a pillar and then replacing the deleted wall sections, moving a wall by changing the room shape and then place the pillar where I want it and then moving the room back to the way I want. Sometimes none of those solutions work and sometimes only one of them works. It makes building things very annoying and very tedious and time consuming when things become a rubix cube puzzle like that.
- All roof patterns available as floor patterns and all floor patterns available as roof patterns.
- Allow sims to swim in ponds created on lots with the landscape tool that are a certain deepness level.
- In build mode allow some sort of label or notification to let people know where a pond is usable for the natural living skill bathe in water interaction without routing errors.
I end up having to constantly test where the natural living skill "bathe in water" interaction will work for sims in ponds I create because their routing to do that interaction is very sensitive and doesn't work most of the time. Their routing for that interaction is so sensitive that it doesn't make sense and makes the interaction almost completely unusable.
- Spiral staircases.
For round walls, circle shaped rooms, better looking and more functional building types such as lighthouses and castle towers.
High school years:
- Option about which classroom that sims have classes in.
When I delete default sims living in worlds and in "not in world" to be replaced with my created sims to have a custom town its annoying when my played sim teen gets stuck in a classroom full of randomly generated teens created by the game that are in "not in world" and all of my unplayed created teen sims are in the other classroom. There are a lot of teen sims I created that can fill both classrooms fully, but a lot of them don't show up to high school classes and are replaced by randomly generated teen sims. I end up having to constantly purge the teen sims that the game creates.
- At least 1 more classroom for more teen sims to attend highschool.
