Give us your ideas and suggestions for what you would like to see in The Sims 4

Since the headline says THINGS, I'll hold off on functions and gameplay and focus on that. I'll try to not include everything as that would be a very long list. 😀Pool slides (various sizes - possibly a set you can build your own by combinations)Playground set (build your own playground, using different elements to create our own playgrounds)An exercise bike (one for home use and one for instructor use so we could make spinning classes at gyms)Lose weights for sims to work out withA pool table Functional football goals (soccer)A matching counter for every bar, a matching bar for every counterShort, medium and tall heights for all curtains and ceiling lampsSewing machine (ability to make and sell clothes)Buyable nectar bottles A changing booth (change clothes, buy clothes, make out/woohoo, cry it out)Ticket counter and ticket window (for walls) for taking entrance fees on any public lot of my choosingPottery wheelDrums and other new instruments One tile dancefloor that can be attached to each other to make custom dancefloorsLand line phone (+ability to disable mobile phone)Newspaper with optional subscriptionIn the ground (or pool) hot-tubDiagonal stairs and spiral staircasesOne side railingsmatching gates to all fences, matching fences to all gatesMore flowers that work like the sunflowers (just the flower and the stem, and you can put them in whatever ground or flowerbed you choose to). 👁️🗨️👁️ Different Eyes (Heterochromia)Hi,I hope that Maxis will find a way to add this option in The Sims 4, it would be wonderful if the sims could have different eyes.

Gosh I know I have a whole specific list somewhere but off the top of my head...Interaction between the packs. like, if we can go swimming - all the worlds should be swimmable. If I can crochet clothes for chickens, I should be able to crochet clothes for cats.Bands! I miss being able to form a band, and perform on a stage (like the festivals they used to do?!)speaking of festivals - I miss the themed photo booths! I know this is a super minor thing, but it was like a collectible for me.Cemeteries.Create a style for furniture, etc. I also kinda miss the old CAS. I liked the sliders. I understand if I'm in the minority here.Obviously open world. Doesn't matter how quick the loading screens are - I loved exploring. I loved the map the way it used to be - especially if you got the treasure map to find collectibles.

I would love to see the ability to make up a pop group with a lead singer and the instruments

Well now I practically don't need to write my own post because you've hit on everything I miss from Sims 3! LOL
But I do have some to add...
Bring back store worlds! And give me spooky worlds, fantasy worlds and historical worlds!
For the love of puppies please bring back the color wheel! SO MANY clothes I'd use IF ONLY I COULD MAKE THEM THE COLORS I WANT! I find the lack of the color wheel so incredibly limiting!
Historically themed clothing! From the Medieval, Renaissance and Victorian periods! And worlds it makes sense to wear them in!

Event styles
I'm thinking about different styles of event that Maxis could do :
RPG style : The current quest system.
World disasters : Pandemic, big quake, ... anything that could temporarily change the life of every sims.
Scenario/Lore style : Telling the story of a new NPC household or special NPC. It could be more interesting than the random households put in the worlds.
Entertaining style : Like Sims Session, a local festival or fairground where the sims could obtain points just by having fun. Imagine your sims learning a Claw Machine skill or Dart skill to unlock rewards.

something I've seen a lot around the building community and some of the moding community is that we want to be able to build walls on half tiles and quarter tiles. being able to build walls on the half and quarter tiles would add something extra to the building mod in the game.

I like olive picking and would love to see a stuff pack including olive trees, and having your sims olive picking and turn it into oil, like the nectar machine.

My idea is simple: an official cheat to age up sims, just like in The Sims 3. The thing about birthday cakes is that they don't cause death by old age...
