ever since Tomarang it looks like they stay away from the USA ones (Tomarang = South East Asia, Ciudad Enamorada = Mexico, Ravenwood and Nordhaven = Europe continents and this upcoming world won't be USA based country either)
the only exception for me based on the USA country is if we get a beach or a winter world but that's just it, i'm literally done with the USA based worlds
and i feel like the 20th Expansion Pack (music band) will be either based on Africa or East Asia but that's my opinion
i stumbled into some comments thinking forming a band will be based on The Netherlands (my country) but i doubt that to be honest
let's hope it's based on Africa (i don't care which one, i want an africa based world at this point) because they don't have any single worlds based on Africa in The Sims 4
