I asked for this with More CAS Selections and Panels post. I play with a calorie modifier mod (to minimize/stop weight gain), and make most of my Sims hate Fitness to prevent all the body changes. I usually set/adjust my sim as I want them to remain so body changes are an annoyance and I'd love to just toggle that off!
