Not long after posting the additional testing results for you a few days ago, I realized that I had an LE that generated after the session where the chef didn't spawn on the restaurant lot, but other staff did.  I didn't immediately post it in this thread because I'm not sure it doesn't have more to do with the not spawning rather than the food not being served.  I wasn't, and am still not sure, if it belongs in this thread or the staff not spawning thread, or, if it contains something helpful to the team for both issues.  Ultimately, here it is since it generated while testing this issue.  If you or someone from EA would prefer I remove it from here and/or additionally post it in the staff not spawning report, please let me know.  My intent is only to provide information useful to the team to correct these issues.  I don't really know how to interpret what I see in LEs.
